Roulette is my favourite table game. When I am not playing video poker, I play live or electronic Roulette, betting $10 per hour for a few minutes.

Three simple steps help me to avoid spending too much money on the Devil's Wheel.

In a blog post, I've outlined them so other players can avoid the embarrassment of overspending on a casino game.

Find the best table

Every time I play the roulette, I always do this.

When I first walk onto the casino floor, I feel like a toddler. I head straight for the roulette tables. But I hold it back until I have a good look at the other games available.

I sometimes do research in advance, as with my recent trip to Vegas. It took me 90 minutes to find out about the rules and games on the Internet.

If you're curious, the MGM and Mirage were the two casinos. The MGM and the Mirage both had European roulette rules (the only variant I'll play), with rules that give the house a 1.35% edge on even-money wagers. Both of these tables had a $25 minimum bet. Unfortunately, these tables are getting rarer in American casinos where most of my gambling takes place.

If you play at a casino table with a house edge of 1.35% you will lose less over time than you would if the advantage was 2.6%. Remember that a casino will always win in the end, even with a small house advantage.

Join the Casino Rewards Club

Each casino offers some sort of reward or comp system. The house tracks your play using a small plastic card. When you play, the house tracks your activities by swiping your card.

It's important to admit that playing roulette is not going to earn you as many comps as other games, such as slot machines. Roulette isn't nearly as lucrative as machine games so you'll have to wait longer to get the valuable comps.

It's not a reason to ignore the generosity of the casino. A roulette game at $10 per bet costs me about $30. It's no wonder that they give me free meals every so often.

You can join the club for free and earn extra money from the casino if you continue to play. Although I don't expect to earn a lot of money from my roulette games, I still sign up every time I go to a casino 프라그마틱.

Take control of your bankroll

Create and maintain a betting standard

Divide your budget by the desired number of hours you want to play. If your budget is $1,000, and you plan to play roulette five hours a day, you should not bet more than $100 per hour. You should not bet more than five dollars per spin, since most roulette tables have about forty outcomes in an hour.

Play with calmness and clarity of mind.

Just hang on. It makes no sense to bet more than this, since roulette is a game of pure luck. You can't influence the outcome of the game, unlike in poker or blackjack, so it's not a good time to raise the bet. You're more likely make poor decisions when you are emotional (or drunk). This includes betting beyond your budget. Stop playing if you're upset or if you've had a few drinks.

How to increase the value of your bankroll

In the section above, I have already mentioned joining the players club. Although it is an effective tool to increase your roulette profits, I don't like this one. My view is that the more I enjoy myself, the greater my gambling budget becomes. The same as going to the cinema and watching a good movie. A great film will justify the cost of a ticket, snacks and a movie. If I want to have more fun, I try the Martingale system. It's not because I believe it will work, but just to make the game more exciting. During those few minutes I am having so much enjoyment that I don't really think about wins or losses.

No one method will help you avoid the trap of exceeding your casino budget. These are the three best tools, because they are easy to use, work well and, in addition to being good strategies, are also good habits.

Other factors are also important. If you want to avoid going broke playing roulette, you will need your own strategy. But if you take my advice above, you should be fine.
