According to the basic principle of fluid mechanics - Coanda Effects, only a small amount of compressed air is used as a power source to drive the surrounding air to flow to form a high-pressure, high-speed airflow, and the flow rate is 50 times the air consumption. Simple to use and low cost, it can be used to transport air to remove exhaust gas, exhaust smoke and transport light materials, etc. After the compressed air flows into the annular cavity through the air inlet, it flows through the annular nozzle at a high speed. This primary airflow is adsorbed on the surface of the contour, so a low pressure area is generated in the center of the cavity, so a large amount of surrounding air is sucked in, the primary airflow and the surrounding airflow. After the confluence, a high-speed, high-volume airflow flows out of the air intensifier.

Air Amplifier Provides High Efficiency and Very Low Noise

For use in ducted systems, the air amplifier has an amplification ratio of 12-25:1, produces an output air flow of 100 to 2000 SCFM (2800-56,000 SLPM), and can be used with an open spout set at the factory (this parameters can be changed). The air amplification effect ratio range for duct applications is 36-75:1.
