If you are unable to access the Arlo Secure App with an Android smartphone or tablet, try the following troubleshooting:

1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the Internet.

2. Verify your credentials.
3. Make sure the username and password entered is correct.

4. Make sure Login with Fingerprint is enabled on the Arlo Secure App and on your Android device.
To check on the Arlo Secure App:

  • >Tap Settings.
  • ->Tap Profile.
  • ->Tap Login Settings.
  • ->Login with Fingerprint toggle switch should be on.
  • ->Tap Settings if this is your first time setting up Login with Fingerprint. You will be re-directed to your mobile device’s settings.
